Lucy Packer has been excellent in both games so far, and I think
might become central to the way England are trying to play.
The Roses are clearly trying to borrow from Canada’s playbook
and speed the game up - at the end of the first half yesterday
England’s *average* ruck speed was under 2 sec, and Packer has
been key to that. (Though oddly when England did have a slower
ruck, she also showed one of the longest box kicks I have seen
in the women’s game)

Lucy Packer was incredibly good yesterday and with the 20 minute
cameo from Robinson we may have, if selecting on form seen the
last of Mo Hunt.
Kildunne was surprisingly effective on the wing, and with Emma
Sing, displaying her GH form at international level, may find
herself there, much will depend on how sing performs against
France, if we keep playing the same system.
Connie Powell was also good when she came on, and hopefully
should become a permanent part of the squad going forward, due
to her being younger than her competitors.
Would be nice to see Sarah Parry get a start or come off the
bench in one of the next two matches, although if she plays
against Wales she will get the Meg Jones, Lucy Packer comments.
