Tyrone was originally listed as a utility back, being able to
cover fullback, wing, fly half and centre, no evidence that he
can cover 10 or centre, and his weakness has always been his
limited kicking game.

He developed as a fly-half in his early years (through junior
levels and up to around age 17 with teams like the Golden
Lions/Leopards). He has mentioned carrying the ball more than a
typical No. 10, which contributed to his shift to outside back
roles.
I can't find any evidence that he has played at 10 in his senior
career.

Seems to have been a Fullback/Wing since U20 rugby.

Someone like Joe Simmonds would be a fairly good back up 10.
Prem experience. Not sure he'd want to leave Pau though
