       Champions Cup v Sale Tickets

I just looked online to see if I have my season ticket still
available for Saturday, and can’t quite believe how many seats
       are still available.
It makes a Premiership Cup game look very well attended by
comparison. As far as I could see every single section has good
availability remaining. Seems a really odd decision by the club
to not at least give season ticket holders a more generous
discount to get some bums on seats.
Think it will look awfully embarrassing on TV unless something
       is done.
Admittedly a few days to run, and after last week may get a few
more season ticket holders paying their way yet.

Agree, I was shocked too! All areas a sea of green vacant
       spaces.
I assume it's a little late to contact local rugby clubs and
       schools to
add some mass to the crowd?

Difficult kick off time, team not performing well, competition
people aren’t fussed about, opposition who we play regularly
(and have a game against soon) plus Easter weekend when lots of
families are away & additional cost to the season ticket
Would also add because it’s not on TNT hasn’t had the publicity
for the competition / games (even though if it was on TNT there
would be more temptation to watch it on tv)

It would have been worse if it was the proposed Sunday at 8pm
Seems odd that the biggest game of the season hasn’t attracted
more bums on seats, but as you say ticket prices unrealistic

If I move two rows forward from my regular seat I'll save £57.
Might see how I feel on the day. 8pm on Easter Saturday is a
       really bad time.

If you were planning a sell out event, you wouldn't plan that
time, that day and especially that price. Shows how out of touch
the club has become from real supporters. I am an ex season
ticket holder who went to all games come rain, or shine,
including when we were in the championship. I now pick one, or
two games a year to go to.

The club doesn't choose the time. All for criticising when it's
deserved but I'm sure the club didn't want it at that time
       either

Yeah, this one is on the TV paymasters shoulders, not the club.
If I'm mistaken, John Kingston must go!!!!

Are Quins even in charge of the ticketing. I thought that the
Champions Cup people dictated ticket sales hence previous team
       supporter percentage disparity.

Point you have missed is that even though it was a ridiculous
time and day the club wanted to price it high. No respect for
supporters, just greedy. They have alienated real supporters
over the years and now the chickens are coming home to roost.
