Why "should" it be twice as much?
Just applying the average increase for sports tv rights
over the last 15 years gives you around £90m, which is still
less than the top 14, the alienation of Sky has stagnated the
market as only TNT have been in the market.
Really needs one of the big streaming companies to bid, as TNT
are not a particularly stable company at present.
Very few sports have in real terms gone backwards, like the prem
rights have.

Worst run since 2000 remember Bathputting 77 points on us,
Newcastle just gave Saints a real fright today, we have
Bristol away
Sale at home ( Champs cup)
Bath away
Sale at Home
Newcastle away
Chiefs at home
Sarries away
Saints at home were does anyone expect the next win to come
from, and how dare will the clubs finances be as was obvious
today a good few empty seats

I think Sale in the cup is the best chance of a win. Can't see
us winning another prem game, the mentality is just not there.

The Top 14 is irrelevant, as are other sports TV rights. The
Prem TV rights are only worth what someone will pay.
The Prem might need someone to bid twice as much but no company
will pay that unless they think it's worth it.
EPRC made a huge mistake overvaluing the Euro Cup TV rights.

I hope that the club realise that a remote technical appointment
of s DOR or what ever they are calling Deans. It feels that
there needs to be root & branch change amongst the coaches.
Hopefully Lawrie has started the look out for new DOR and give
them the choice over coaches etc..... we have plumpted so low
that things need to change.

I question who actually makes decisions at the club. History has
repeated itself after each league title where poor recruitment
decisions are made on a playing and coaching staff front. Easy
enough to blame LD but it was the same with Dave Ellis post
2012. How much influence do the owners and David Morgan have
over these strategic decisions?
Hard to know where to start really.

I really don’t know where the next win comes from, maybe the HC
cup game against Sale or Newcastle away but neither are nailed
on wins. So realistically we may not win again this season.
And apparent the answer is Robbie Deans for 10 weeks via zoom!
TNT bid £8m more than Premier sports for the EPRC
rights, the EPRC believed they would get a large offer for the
other non UK and French European markets that never happened.
The lack of competition is the reason for the low cost of the
Prem rights, the ITV bids for international matches shows that
the rights are under valued, the falling out of the league with
Sky is why there is no competitive bidding process.
TNT have lost the champions league football and non six nations
England rugby matches and the EPRC, so will have to reduce their
subscription prices, who knows if they will survive and who will
own them eventually.

Baxter is class and Delgado has looked reasonable in the few
minutes he's had, but our next best options are academy players
(Hobson and Streeter).

Hobson has been one of our better players this season IMO

Issue is key positions we have players just not up to it. Whole
front row today is sub standards has beens or just not good
enough
Scrum half journeyman. Impacting Marcus as a result
Centres Bradley is not top division class. People blow smoke up
Waghorn but also very raw
We have a lot of talent in this team despite this but fail to
perform, which just points to coaches and tactics
