Rowe joined Exeter's board back in the 90s before there was any
money to be made from rugby and has given a huge part of his
life to the club.[/quote]Worth noting here, that Dyson is buying
this stake in 2026, when everyone knows for certain that there's
no money to be made from rugby

Handy as a tax write-off though...

He attends most if not all the Bath home games. He seems to be
always celebrating with Bruce Craig behind the sticks. Defo
could do with a local billionaire buying Quins. Oh they have all
left the UK because of this stupid government.

The super rich people like to threaten this sort of thing but
they've not been moving in any meaningful numbers:

Dyson himself being a very outspoken Brexiteer who despises
Labour and has been doom-mongering over tax plans has been happy
to invest in Bath, of course. Plus he moved his own residency
and his business to Singapore after the Brexit he wanted and
with a Tory govt in charge, but personally moved back in 2021.
All very confusing, eh? Probably not as simple as all that.

CVC are making about 5%, not stunning but sufficient nobody is
       getting sacked.
