Dave Ward not an option? Decent reputation, experience of being
a DOR (as much as, say, Nick Easter), and knows the club to a
degree.

My pub team doesn't have a DoR or coach as such, but I'm sure
Dave would give it a go at Quins DoR as long as he doesn't have
to be in before midday.
