Toward the end of the article -
"Blackett successfully auditioned for the job on the summer tour
of Argentina and the United States, and was replaced by former
Great Britain and England league star Martin Gleeson on a
short-term contract.
Gleeson has, however, been told that his contract won’t be
renewed and is now looking at his options, while Bath have been
showing an interest in former Harlequins fly-half Nick Evans.
Former All Black Evans, 48, joined the Quins staff in 2017 after
spending nine years playing at the Twickenham Stoop, but
Prendergast has emerged as the favourite for the job."
Mentioned before, but I thought he'd look at options closer to
home (Oz/NZ) (he mentioned it on a podcast interview that he
wanted to head back)

I have heard from a good source Quins have been asking about an
attack coach from another prem club so maybe things might be
changing in the Quins coaching set up .

Slight correction needed - Nev will be 48 at the end of our new
3 year plan.

New direction is probably what's needed. Eventually everyone
needs a new challenge too, so I think it would be beneficial for
both parties

If you want to leave and support Saracens, I won't stop you. Win
win for me staying, carry on as we are being guff and I can drag
out predicting it all, and if we suddenly start winning I can
wear my quins shirts again without embarrassment!

I wouldn’t be surprised to see any of the coaches looking into
new roles, it’s natural to want to move to new environments. I
wonder if that’s Gleason we’ve been looking at?
But again unpalatable for a DOR to come in and have no say on
whom they work with.

According to Google, his stepdaughter is 20, and his sons are
around 13 and 11.
