Don’t do FB but haven’t seen this anywhere else.
Would he be a good 1yr ‘Turn the ship around’ type coach but
would be keen to understand the succession plan. Maybe this is
where the Easter link comes in, a season as HC under Gats?
Interesting if not convincing

It was mentioned on the rugby pod - so could be some legs to it

Difficult one.
In the scenario of a choice between Mark Mapletoft or Gatland,
I’d go with Gatland.
My main issue though is Gatland hasn’t had that much recent
success at club level, and I think his brand of rugby is very
much dated and the game has moved on.
It is slightly underwhelming if that’s the outcome of “scouring
the globe”.

Rumour has it that NZRU are set to announce the new All Blacks
Head Coach within the next week. At that point we'll know if
Rennie will be taking over there or free to join us...
