It is a pity that it doesn't show why our try was disallowed.
I know that the ref said that someone was offside - but it would
be nice to have seen if he was inches offside, yards offside or
miles offside.
This was the turning point of the game. I think that had we
scored, then we would have won the game. But, the penalty
resulted in a 14 point swing - which basically meant that we had
no realistic way of winning.

Ref stated our scrum half replacement sorry can't remember his
name was only just on the pitch, was always in front of the
kicker and didnt try to get back on side. It was very marginal,
inches not feet thats for sure.

It is disappointing if it was marginal. Basically, the TMO
should really only overturn the ref's decision if it is clearly
offside - which I would interpret as "yards offside" or "miles
offside" rather than "inches offside".
In the highlights video above, it suggests that there was some
confusion about who was actually offside.
Watching it in the stadium, it didn't seem clear to me.
