Basically, it is this guy who has joined as injury cover
Jack Grant (born 24 January 1994) is an Australian rugby union
player who plays for the Waratahs in the Super Rugby. His
playing position is scrum-half. He was named in the Waratahs
squad for the 2021 Super Rugby AU season. He previously
represented the Sydney Rays in the 2017 National Rugby
Championship, the NSW Country Eagles in the 2018 and 2019
National Rugby Championships and NTT Red Hurricanes in the
2019–20 Top League in Japan.
Grant was born in the town of Beverley in England's northeastern
county of East Yorkshire. He attended St Stanislaus' College,
Bathurst and began playing semi-professional club rugby with
Norths in Sydney's Shute Shield.

Grant arrives on short-term deal
Harlequins can confirm scrum-half Jack Grant has signed at The
Stoop until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Grant joins the Club from Super Rugby Pacific outfit New South
Wales Waratahs, adding valuable cover and depth at scrum-half
for the latter part of the campaign.
The 32-year-old started his career at Sydney Rays in the
Australian National League and represented NSW Country Eagles
and NTT Red Hurricanes before making the jump to the Tahs in
2021.
Grant spent a season with Sydney based side in 2021/22, later
spent time in the English CHAMP with Ealing Trailfinders, prior
to returning to New South Wales in 2024.
Senior Coach Jason Gilmore said: “We’re pleased to welcome Jack
into the group for the remainder of the season.
“With Will Porter sidelined for an extended period as he
rehabilitates from a shoulder dislocation, and Lucas Friday away
with England Under-20s, it’s important we have depth in a
critical position.
“Jack is an experienced nine who will give us greater options
and help share the workload across our scrum-halves during a
busy run of fixtures.”
