You know what, and I can't believe I'm saying this, I actually
saw that there was a benefit in the welsh regions playing in the
Prem. I know it will be painful at first but there is more
chance of growth if they can get away games attended on a
regular basis and a bit more money coming in when we travel.

They don’t have the money to buy into the prem or compete and
would not be good for the prem, what do they have to offer us?.
Would be better to increase the league size with other English
sides, also including the Welsh regions would inevitably have to
be in a franchise structure as the Welsh being relegated would
virtually destroy Welsh rugby.

I don't think that you can include a "region" in the same
competition where there are "clubs".
So - you could include some of the smaller Welsh clubs in the
lower competitions. But, you can't start including provinces or
regions etc.
You could create a "National 2 - Western" division that would
include Welsh teams and some of the clubs around Bath and the
West country.
