Fair point - - -but, just to counter - -
at the moment, it feels as though people carrying water are
continuingly running onto the field at every available moment
and the ref is spending effort shooing them off again.
There is a possibility that this is formalised at the 20 minute
break and even speeds up the game a bit.

I think it's worth a thought. After all, the adverts wouldn't be
       distracting from any game time.
However, would this not possibly allow for an easier transition
to the dreaded "4 quarter" match format?

That should be a really good team. Plenty of classy players.
Let's see if they can pull it together as a team. Recent history
suggests not, but new coach, some good returning players. We'll
       see.

I don't follow Welsh rugby closely enough to know. What would a
potential combined 23 look like from the two teams?

I don't follow closely enough, either, but just based on the
players who play in England, you'd have to say that Rees-Zammit,
Tomos Williams, and Nicki Smith would have a decent chance of
being in the 23. As would Dewi Lake, IMO.

       I don’t disagree but… I’m not sure that Lake is a better 2 than
our Lions. Although he quite probably would have been picked
ahead of George. And I guess we’ll find out next season whether
Smith is a better 1 than Bev when they’re both at Sale.
I’d have Williams over Spencer though. I think I’d have LRZ over
       Arundell.
