Thank you, Collin, for everything you've done for Quins -
especially your amazing work in spotting young talent and
developing them through the various academy levels. Wishing you
all the very best in your next role.

Perhaps it is time for a change for both him and the club.
Thanks for your efforts through the years.

Thank you Collin for your inputs to Quins over the years. I
would also like to thank you as a number of years ago you gave
your time to teach myself and other coaches from local clubs. It
was a great course and many of your ideas and suggestions are
used by many of the coaches that attended. I wish you well
where ever you end up and good luck for the future
       D-Quins

Well, we wanted change, and we're getting it...perhaps not all
the changes, or the right changes, but change. Good luck,
       Collin.

Don't think anyone can be happy seeing a man who has given 20
years of his life to improving Harlequins walk out the door.
Unfortunately this is now a results based business and there's
       little room for sentiment.
Still, let's hope it all works out for the best both for
Harlequins and Colin and thank him for those years of dedicated
       service.

At the risk of sounding facetious, many on here were actively
calling for a man who had devoted over 20 years of his life to
Quins to - in some cases from the day of his appointment.

That's not facetious. It's true, unfortunately.

I went to a Colin Osbourne coaching session and found his
delivery excellent and I wish him well in the future ,
unfortunately when the call was made for fresh voices , he got
bundled in with JK and Tofty as the 3 that needed to go as they
had been in place the longest .
I think we still have Warren Abrahams who does Academy skills
and 7's , maybe he will step up .

NEV was labelled as "Skills & Off-The Ball Coach" in this
       article a short while back:

Think it’s probably the right time to move on and wish him all
the best, just hope Nev raises the standards because we have not
shown much in the skill area for a while.
