Exeter have posted a £10.3M loss, so things could be worse for
us.

Covid loans are still casting a big shadow.
We also apparently have the best ground.

60% of that is because the rugby club seemingly bailed out the
hotel post-covid and now can't get the money back.

The majority shareholder of Sandy park hotel ltd, is Tony Rowe,
the rest of the shares belong to the club.

Exactly. Nothing untoward suggested but it does seem as if money
has been moved around the group to prop up whichever part was
struggling.
All very usual

Read something recently cant remember where but Rowe quoted
buying the hotel out from the club to help the club financially,
that he's stepping back now and time for someone else to step up
on the finances as he's winding things down. Can certainly
understand why he's stepping back if it's -£10M per year and
he's retired.
