Performances and results in the men’s team are not at the level
we expect at Harlequins and are not considered acceptable by
anyone within the Club. Everyone is working tirelessly and
urgently to address this, and to deliver the necessary on pitch
improvements.
Whilst some elements of change will take a relatively short
period of time to implement, others will take longer. It is
critical that such change is carefully considered and will
evidently deliver the performance levels we are committed to.
The board, players, coaches and staff all share the
disappointment felt by our supporters. Your support and
continued patience during this challenging period for the Club
is recognised and greatly appreciated.

Acknowledging the issues and the unacceptable nature of the
season so far is the first small step. I don’t expect a clear
and full list of solutions now in this comms but this hopefully
is a small shift in the right direction to get the club we all
love back on track and challenging.

What load of bull, not much of a statement was it, supporters
are taken for mugs.
There must be a massive carpet at The Stoop where all this dross
is being brushed under.
Well triggers broom needs to sweeping out all the failures from
CEO downwards.
The only ones on the mens team that seem to be doing their job
is the Medical Team & the Kit Man.

Well I’m glad they put a statement out and our voices are being
heard. I acknowledge it says very little but the sentiment means
a bit more.
I just hope whoever the DOR/HC coming in, is named soon and has
a say on players retention and joining. I like Furbank coming in
but think that money could be spent elsewhere at higher
priority.

Perhaps go to specsavers and read what I posted, no mention of
everybody was there???
If your happy with the situation then maybe give your head a
good wobble or stay off the marching powder.
Anyone who supports this club is unhappy with the way things are
going and you know it.
That statement was an insult to supporters and like.

Was hoping to at least see some change but it’s no different to
the words said in the numerous losses this season. ChatGPT style
word salad about putting it right, everyone’s hurting.
I don’t expect them to show their hand but the coaches position
is untenable at the absolute minimum. They’ve not got a tune out
of them for at least a season and a half so to expect things to
suddenly click seems fairly insane

Obviously this doesn't solve anything, but it was still
important that they put out this statement. It was only a few
days ago that we were demanding the higher-ups acknowledge how
crap it all is right now. They've done that. Now they have to
fix it.
