Who’s with me?
If he’s not gone by next week we need to call for it from the
stands.
It’s not all his fault but he’s is the top man right now so has
to take the accountability.

The problem with that is that he's not head coach. He's "senior
coach". So he hasn't been given the power to do what needs to be
done. At that to the fact that he was drafted into the position
just before the regular season started, so he didn't get his own
pre-season or recruitment, and all you're doing is a knee-jerk
reaction that won't make anything better.

And it’s getting better with him there?
We can’t get worse, we can’t get relegated. So send the message
to the other coaches and the players, unfortunately for him he’s
the top guy no matter his title!
I agree it is knee jerk to a point but something needs to be
done and fast.

What a time to be alive, finally people are waking up to the
shower the Quins are.
Gilmore needs to go, with Evans, Jones..everyone. Just replacing
Gilmore won’t change a thing. Ld also, new CEO vision is needed

He should not be here next season, but replacing him now, would
just make things even worse, and who are we replacing him with.
He does fall into my, A random squirrel from Richmond park,
would be a better coach theory, in much the same way as Wilson
did.

Send the message to all coaches out there - if you're dumped in
it at short notice, and you can't fix things withing a few
matches, you're out. That's attract the top talent.

Toby Booth would be my choice to see the season out, then we
need to conduct a world wide search and discount anyone who’d
improve us and bring JK back.

And if Toby doesn't get us winning withing, say 5 games, should

I do get your point, but Gilmore has been defence coach for a
whole season and our defence is awful
