Do that and we can probably go back to the old defence "young
       team/rebuilding phase". [emoji4]
That should do for at least two maybe three years.
You can't sack everyone crap unless you can replace them with
someone better (I'd suggest you line up the replacement before
       sacking the incumbent).

I think as long as recruit players who’ve been scouted and have
potential, I’d be happy to sacrifice a season or two. Our
current recruitment last few seasons seems on the whole to be
players more towards the end of their careers than ones who are
       future stars in the making

I would be very surprised if you were happy with this.
You have a habit of slagging off players and coaches as soon as
       they slip up.
Putting loads of "future stars" on the field will probably
result in more losses than wins.
I am sure you would then be calling for many of the future stars
to be replaced by established names.
And - you would also likely be suggesting that the new coaches
were sacked - along with sacking everyone else at the club.
And - in the end, we would just probably have a rubbish team
full of journeymen who have no loyalty to Harlequins.

       Ah this old chestnut.
Virtue signalling? Give me strength. Don't tell me......the
players aren't able to perform at their best due to rainbow
laces??? Christ. This is such a tired trope and utter nonsense.
Yes the team are cack at the moment. But the idea that this is
anything to do with the social media team or community outreach
is laughable. As if somehow we weren't doing those things more
effort could be put into coaching or some other on-field effort
       is just madness.

If there was a clear plan communicated and executed correctly
then I'm absolutely fine with it. Loosing isn't even necessarily
bad if you have signs of improvement. Saints had an awful season
a few years back, and then tightened things up along with some
smart recruitment and development just as an example. I don't
think we should put "loads" of future stars, akin to fielding a
team of kids, as it can do more harm than good. What to do is
have the right blend, and a plan for the future. But I won't let
that get ahead of your mystic predictions. Just signing players
the wrong side of 30 isn't going to turn things around for us.

Maybe we should be thinking of Noel Edmonds as new DoR ?

I note our under 18s been Saracens. Perhaps we could temporarily
promote them all to the first team, and our first team could
play in the under 18s until they learn how to play rugby again.
