The problem with him is that he failed as a defence coach with
us, has only been head coach at a semi pro club, and is another
untried DoR or head coach, and even if you did want to employ
him, his social media presence is very polarising and would in
my previous employer get you dismissed for bringing the
organisation into disrepute.
Dismissal for gross misconduct in the workplace or during
working time is well documented. But what if the alleged
misconduct takes place outside working hours, in the
individual’s private time? How should an employer respond? Will
a dismissal be fair? We examine the issues.
Examples of misconduct that could lead to dismissal include the
following.
Membership of an extreme political party.
Inappropriate use of social media, including rants about the
employing organisation and compromising blogs and pictures.

I'm confused now - is Nick Easter an asylum seeker or illegal
immigrant 😇

Well, there are those who describe Reform as "far right". But
they seem to describe most things they don't like as "far
right".

Isn't Nick Easter also one of the USA Rugby coaches?

Dan Cole has departed Leicester Tigers with immediate effect.
For personal reasons.
An amusing suggestion online was that he was heading to Quins as
DOR 😁

Wouldn’t put it past us as we do like taking a punt on someone
who’s never held the top job.
Maybe he would have a funny back room staff which would make it
worthwhile. Marler in as scrum coach. Andy Goode on the strength
and conditioning, then someone random like Geordan Murphy as
attack coach
