He was a terrible defence coach
So lets make him DOR because hes done a half decent job at a
semi pro outfit.
Why not get John Kimgston back or Elvis?

Proudly left of centre and don’t want anyone associated with the
club if they use social media to spread rubbish about
immigration. Not controversial but a fairly common view amongst
those who tend to keep fairly quiet about such things I imagine.
I don’t begrudge anyone having different views but the further
they go left or right, the more lunatic they are. Some of what
Easter seems to align with is lunacy.

I think you may be surprised at the views of those who keep
quiet about such things. As for "spreading rubbish about
immigration", that depends on what people say. There are those
who would shout down the truth if they don't like it. I have a
family member who does that.
Bedford blues are second, which was not expected either,
but we also don’t want Mike Rayer as our Dor.

Not really rugby related but it’s fascinating to see that some
here really think those on the far right are tolerant of a
variety of views. That sounds a bit like lunacy in itself.

Yeah. Not sure why the extremists aren't the focus of the ire if
shouting down the 'truth' is the biggest concern. These guys
dedicate themselves to doing exactly that, so why do they get
the benefit of the doubt but people calling them out don't? All
very odd.
Anyway, the idea that people's beliefs aren't a valid reason to
call them a lunatic is extremely funny. David Icke would be so
happy.

Some people think the world is flat, or 6000 years old, or that
winged horses existed. I think those ideas are more worthy of
the lunatic description before you need to concern yourself with
the thoughts of the likes of Nick Easter.
But for some reason, those types get a free pass.

Who's giving them a free pass? They're obviously loons. There's
a reason why flat earthers are synonymous with crazy people.
Even the 6000 years comment ignores that creationists are widely
mocked.
Of course, flat earthers aren't targeting groups of people or
whipping up hate and aren't particularly prevalent on the
cesspit that is social media, so it's easy to just forget they
exist.
And more pertinently, none of them are being discussed as
potential DoR / head coach appointments for Quins...
Probably because the societal impact of believing in
Pegasus, or the world being flat, or creationism is less harmful
than, extreme political views be they right or left wing.
Everyone is entitled to their views, but those views may well
come with a price to pay, if you choose to express them in
public.
