Who says we can't criticise the CEO.
I have been quite vocal in my criticism.
I think he is doing a decent job.
Or, does criticism only count when it is being negative?

Exactly, it's about time something was done about it.
From the Belfast Telegraph .....
Wolves’ managing director Laurie Dalrymple has left the club
following a breakdown in his relationship with the board.
He leaves Molineux with immediate effect and has been placed on
gardening leave after his position became untenable, PA
understands.
Dalrymple had been at the club for four-and-a-half years having
overseen all commercial, stadium and non-football administrative
staff.
There are no immediate plans to replace him, although the club
could look at doing so longer-term, and chairman Jeff Shi will
take on some of the managing director’s key duties.
Shi told the club’s website: “With the strong management team we
have in place at Wolves we will continue to push forward on and
off the pitch.
“We have very clear strategies for all areas of the club, and we
are very much looking forward to the new challenges that this
season will bring.”

There are approximately 300 independent schools that educate
upto 18 years old in the Harlequins academy territory. This
figure is significantly higher than any of the other Prem
academies.
If you want to start looking for where the answers lie then I
would start looking at the academy. Quins are sitting on a rugby
development goldmine but it has been underperforming for years,
decades really. The academy is where intangibles like culture,
identity and DNA are formed. It's a very difficult commodity to
simply purchase from outside.

How would you compare them to, say, Saracens

You did mention player power on the other thread, and it's been
your go to for a while. But I did also take your comment about
the dressing room as a suggestion we needed a player clear out -
I can see how you might have meant the coaches instead, but your
post was all about the players so I apologise if I got the wrong
end of the stick there

It’ll be interesting to see whether any comment is forthcoming
from the higher ups after a second dreadful performance in a
week. The lack of comment just adds to the sense of absolute
listlessness surrounding the playing side of the men’s team.

Ah, thought it was you. Merry Christmas Toga/Marsile, I can see
why this is like catnip for you.
Then again I remember you loudly claiming that London Irish had
done a far better job with their academy than us, which was very
funny especially when the only Irish fan we both know told you
you were talking nonsense
