But he was awful in the matches he did play. Worse than Smith.

It wasn't good. Should be looking to win that but, a bit
hysterical on here isn't it. We were world beaters last week.
We were poor but they are no mugs, Italian team or not.

I would give Cat a chance, yes he hasn't played brilliantly
since coming back from injury but breaking a bone in your neck
must be a hard one to come back from mentally, given more game
time we could see the best of him. I would hate to see Quins
become the sort of club to dump someone so quickly after a
career and potentially life changing injury.

A touch of hystrionic hyperbole on here. Yep, it sucks that we
continue to play at the level of any opposition and have the
travelling ability and consistency of avocado soup, but the "all
of our players are terrible and we are a bad team" responses are
ridiculous.
What we do need to do is work out why we travel so badly, why we
are so inconsistent and why we haven't sorted out season
recurrent decision making issues. Shouting online at talented
but still very young players like Smith won't help and I doubt
it's even that cathartic.

I'm not suggesting cutting him adrift financially, just that
we're not a rehab charity. We need to win matches.

I really don't care. I'm looking forward to Tigers away and
