Academy Graduate's XV

Just a bit of fun.
What's your "best" 15 or 23 Quins could put out, using only
players who came through the academy?
For the sake of starting point to the discussion - must have
been playing age-grade rugby whilst at your club - so that rules
out "well, technically"s like Guy Pepper, although it will still
leave younger movers.
Maybe use an asterisk if produced by multiple academies.
Just to show willing, here's what I've got for Bath
Bath:
1. Obano*
2. Dunn
3, AGriffin
4. Ewels
5. Richards
6. Bayliss
7. Staddon
8. Reid
09. Carr-Smith
10. Donoghue
11. SHarris
12. Butt
13. Ojomoh
14. Offiah*
15. De Glanville
16. Tuipulotu*/Frost, 17. Kirk, 18. Sela, 19. Cuckson, 20. Green
21. Le Roux*, 22. Linegar, 23. Hennessey
For the sake of discussion, I'd be happy putting that XV out in
the Prem, and any individual from the bench - though the bench
as a whole is fine for PWR, but a bit green for the Prem itself.

Quite a few of our academy players playing at other clubs who'd
get in, such as jibulu, collier, sinckler, tizard, lamb,
marchant
Dombrandt and northmore aren't academy but sort of feel
homegrown
