Stupid and dangerous act by a player who normally plays hard on

Looking forward to Rassie's 10 minute video rant as to how
Mann's eyeball assaulted Etzebeth's finger.
In all seriousness, hopefully Rassie comes out strongly and
condemns this. Let's see....

He’s already made his statement:

No, upper chest. Don't get me wrong, shocker of a hit with no
wrap from a pretty dirty player that was an inch or two off
being direct to the chin, but no head contact

He's a big guy and he does put it about, but he's not normally
an "unhinged thug" as you put it HESM.
His disciplinary record is far better than some, he generally
plays hard but legal.

this hasn’t aged well, the “won’t take too long” bit. Has it
become a bit political? Seemingly gone above regular
disciplinary panel to IRB. Could be either way, lenient (for the
offence) or harsh for deterrence, but the delay without updates
is not a good look.
