Dommers is one of our very few consistent performers and he can
never be accused of not giving his all. For me, he leads by
example. He also has a decent rugby IQ and to my mind makes the
right onfield calls.
I don't think the issue is Dommers. It takes more than one
player to set the culture, drive standards or whatever you want
to call it. I'm not sure who constitutes the 'leadership group'
these days, but there needs to be broader collective
responsibility.

I get his point, Dombrandt is not a blood and thunder guy who
will crack some heads together to stop players being idiots.

That's the 3rd year in a row I have stood in The Shed and
watched us lose. We looked OK in parts but we seem to be back to
playing a game that's beyond the talent of our players to
execute. That and too much ''tackling optional' and ' tits for
hands'.
Oh well, hopefully we can muller them at home again.
Beer in the Gloucester brewery is good though
