Seems you guys have signed an extension with Castore.
Except in honour of some of Castore’s quality issues, the link
doesn’t work 🤣

The problem is where they come from.

See, bloody northern infiltration. It's all Kevin Sinfield's
fault 😁

On a serious note they acquired Belstaff from INEOS, who in turn
invested a large amount in Castore.
They are a strange company and buying a heritage british company
that produces very expensive clothing produced in Romania for 2
times the price of their main competitor who produces theirs in
England is interesting.
They also don’t seem to produce any footwear now which accounts
for a lot of the profits of Nike Adidas and Puma.
Was speaking to a podcaster who talks about this sort of stuff
and he had some interesting views about them.

Sometimes Northerners can work well with Quins. Just ask DC and
Winterbottom
Sometimes it’s less successful. Just ask Chris Ashton.
Maybe you just play better with Yorkshiremen 🤮

Well, we do sometimes defend like we've only got 13 men, so
getting more northern every day. I have a very nice Belstaff
coat that is very comfy and durable, unlike Castore products.
Will have to find that podcast because it feels like they've
come out of nowhere in the last few years and now have England
Rugby & Cricket.

This is frustrating, IO wish we had Canterbury or go back to
Kooga. Heck, O'Neils was better.
Clearly it is about money which I understand Quins are trying to
maximise their income. But at least have better quality and a
broader range. The new Big Game shirt feels so thin.

It does feel as if there is a move for Castore (5 clubs) and
Macron (3 clubs) to be the suppliers to every Prem club. Bristol
are O’Neills and NRBs are VX3.
The cynic in me sees it as a precursor to the oncoming franchise
league with one supplier (Castore?) for every club.

How can you tell a fake Castore shirt? It's better quality.
