Whoa hang on I thought Ford was selected as the continuity
option, we can't now use unfamiliarity as an excuse

I never said it was. But it has very much been the result. If WR
didn't want that to happen, they should probably have trialled
it more.

There's a difference between an explanation and an excuse. I
think Ford was selected because he had worked with Blackett over
the summer, which makes sense with limited prep time. But
limited prep time is still limited prep time.

Was just pointing out the dream world that WR live in, they fall
into the two squirrels, from Richmond park would do a better job
law.
Improving the Fan Experience: The changes are part of World
Rugby's broader "Shape of the Game" action plan, which focuses
on making the game more accessible, entertaining, and
faster-flowing for spectators
They will no doubt look at further changes in the future.

The whole thing looked to be in slow motion. Potter didn't look
that fast either. Reminded me of the 'legendary' Lewies
run-and-then-asthma try from a few seasons ago.

Ford was poor, Steward was disappointing under the high ball and
is terribly slow. Overall I'd give England a B but with a
slightly different team I think they'd be an A+. Bit more bulk
needed, Martin/CCS maybe? I'd start either of the Smiths over
Ford, for me Marcus, but I can see the attraction of Finn. I
liked the front row and bomb squad ploy. Dingers did ok and
Freeman was good other than forgetting to pass on a few
occasions. Overall a good showing, I thought the Wallabies were
poor

One thing England lacked was turnovers from jackals. We used to
win a lot of them, but these days, pretty close to none.
Australia beat us in that department quite handily. Their ruck
speed was faster, too. Our attacks might have been a bit more
dynamic if we were more on top of those. But I guess they're not
the priority in the current game plan.

The touch judge was faster than all three of them.

I think I'd rather Curry and Pepper be the flankers, Underhill
isn't what he used to be over the ball.
