       OT England v Australia

The Grauniad, keeping up their usual tradition of great rugby
coverage, have a giant photo of Marcus with the caption "Marcus
Smith starts on the bench", which unless they've got an
exclusive that no one else knows about is somewhat wishful
       thinking.
My prediction: a close match, but England by 5, mainly due to
Australia not having access to all their players.

England favourites but I think it'll be close. A good time to
rotate and test the international credentials or Heyes and
       Baxter.
I think we might see the Aussie's kick to space. None of our
back three have a particulary strong kicking game. Steward has a
big boot but often over cooks it.

Steward will have to catch one before he can kick it.

Well, England were quite dominant there until Dingwall handed
       the Aussies a try.

Not even close in the end. Australia didn't offer anything.
Other than their length-of-the-field intercept try, they were a
       bit impotent.

England’s defence was very good today. Attack was meh but the
two tries springing from excellent box kicks and Roebuck’s
reading of them. Driving maul try was brutal. Freeman needs to
pass more. 25-7 and Australia only scoring via an intercept…
would take that at the start of the day.

       Decent overall.
Steward and Ford weakest backs in my view.
Freeman did OK but it feels like they were playing him as if he
was Lawrence, which he wasn’t, as two different skill sets

Yeah. A couple of times Freeman should have passed to
Feyi-Waboso, but he still seems to be thinking as a winger and
not realising there's someone free outside him. Steward was ...
okay, but his supposed super skill of catching high balls wasn't
really there. Ford keeps control well, but he doesn't really set
       the attack alight.
Only one out of four conversions by the two 10s isn't really
       good enough, either.
But overall, England were pretty much on top the whole game.
       Never really looked stretched.

Random question, not relevant to England, but related to
       internationals.
If a player qualifies for a country through residency (lets say
some of the guys playing for Japan), and they then head off to
play in another country e.g. France, are they still eligible to
continue playing for Japan? Logic tells me yes, but confirmation
       would be appreciated.

Yes in a very short answer.
