There's a typo in the list. Evans is playing at 12, not Benson
(who's rightly named on the bench)

I think it is quite clear. The Bensons are a bit like the
Robshaws. This week, the Bensons are playing at #12 and #22.
The real typo is in the Unavailable list. Jimmy Staples is
available as he is turning out against Oxford tonight.

Harlequins have named their matchday squad for the visit of
Newcastle Red Bulls to The Stoop on Saturday (25 October, KO
15:00).
Tyrone Green is set to earn his 100th appearance in the Quarters
after being named at full-back for Saturday's contest.
Green first made his debut against Exeter Chiefs on November 20,
2020 and has started the current campaign in red-hot form. The
full-back currently tops the league's metres made chart have
accrued 441m over the opening four rounds.
Jason Gilmore has made two changes, one to the pack and
backline. In the forwards, Zach Carr comes in for his first
Gallagher PREM start at Number 8. Chandler Cunningham-South
misses out after sustaining an ankle injury in last week's
fixture at Sandy Park.
In the backline, Jarrod Evans comes into the starting line-up at
inside centre. He's partnered with Luke Northmore, who made his
return to action last week.
Elsewhere, the experienced Joe Launchbury returns to the
matchday squad for the for the first time since the opening
round of the PREM Rugby Cup in early September. Jonny Green is
also included as an impact player.
Jamie Benson retains a spot in the wider matchday squad, where
he's joined by speedster Cassius Cleaves and Max Green who both
come into the 23.

Lawday unavailable - didn't realise. Wow. So our 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
and 4th choice 8s are all out.
Mind you, I like the look of Carr and unlike a lot of promising
Quins academy forwards over the years he's absolutely massive,
so this will be an interesting one.
I think starting Walker is a mistake based on Turner's impact so
far. Good to have Launchbury back. Green on the bench as well
means we have a lot of 2nd row cover but will be making do in
the back row for obvious reasons.
However... the 23 is a mess, all told. Aside from the back row
headaches, who plays 15 if Tyrone gets injured? Cleaves? Isgro?
[edit: Oh. Yeah. They'll put Marcus there. Great.] And if either
centre breaks we end up with either Cadan at 13 (didn't have a
great start to that idea last week) or Benson and JEv as the
midfield, which is laughable. Stu Townsend somehow injured
himself already so we've got Max Green as our backup 9, which is
pretty awful.

Kinda mad really. Our strongest 23 is probably something like
this:
Baxter, Walker*, Williams
Lewies, Petti
CCS, Evans, Dombrandt
Porter, Smith
Waghorn, Beard
Murley, Isgro, Green
subs: Wenger, Turner*, Delgado, Treadwell, Kenningham,
Friday/Townsend, Benson, Northmore
with a bunch of flexibility about the back row mix
and of that we're missing CCS, Dombrandt, Waghorn, Beard from
the starters and Treadwell, Friday/Townsend from the bench and
then a bunch of the other players who might help cover losses
