The point is that they can improve so much from last season, but
we've just got worse.

Is Murley just not captain material? I've not seen him do
anything to motivate and drive on the team.

Wingers shouldn't be captains. Too far away to influence
anything.

One thing I think we do need is some options that give us more
height/dominance in the back three for games like this. Murley,
Isgro and Green are individually fine players on their day but
in combination they've been made to look hopeless here. David
and Cleaves wouldn't have offered anything different and
Anderson isn't a prem level player. We desperately need a
Roebuck/Steward type option to try and stop us being peppered in
wet and windy games. Not the only issue, but just think our back
three options are all a bit too similar.

An insipid performance today. Genuinely awful.
There should be an apology from coaches and players to the
travelling fans.
