Think we’ve been lacking that for sometime, although glimpses on
Friday night
And let’s not forget “ We are true” whatever that means

I'd offer a theory
Diamond would be a great acquisition
The prerequisite is not being pleasant
It's being historically successful, especially on limited
budgets, and having someone alongside who you know would be a
great asset if you were trench fighting is again worthy of
evaluation
I think you Quins have had it too cosy and too happy clappy for
too long.
If you want to be winning stuff you need someone who can
formulate and hone a sharper edge. It'd be fun to see you Quins
acquire a bit of lead in your pencils.
Also, don't forget the work Diamond put in regarding the Sale
pathway/academy programmes

Remind me, what stuff has he won as a coach?

He's never even made the playoffs and is largely known for
making gritty teams that lose a lot of matches, and being a
"good" man for a relegation candidate who show some fight while
getting thrashed every week
I appreciate a lot of people don't think Quins are much cop but
there are many coaches who could inspire some fight who aren't
serial losers and serial ban magnets

Did you mean "a reasonably convincing loss"?

If we get Diamond we may as well cut our losses with Marcus, CCS
and any other player with a high ceiling. He's a nice bloke but
is the Sean Dyche of the rugby world.
