Thanks bod.
I can also testify to the Polish love of rugby. I played a tour
game in Warsaw once (against the Warsaw Frogs I think) and they
were a great bunch. Similarly played a fantastic crew in Spain.
All big on rugby, and especially bug on hospitality.
I met some of the Portugal 7s guys in Hong Kong one year, and
they played their club rugby in Germany. They were good too,
coming a gnat's c*CK away from beating the mighty New Zealand.
It's always good to see the game we love spreading far and wide.

Warsaw 10s (hosted by the Frogs I believe) was a great trip.

On the subject of rugby spreading far and wide, I had the
pleasure of chatting before yesterday’s match against Treviso to
a couple of guys on a boys away rugby trip from Spain, both of
whom play for Eibar Rugby Club which is between San Sebastián
and Bilbao. They were both properly attired in Quins merch and
it was their first visit to the club. We had a good old chinwag
about all things rugby and I pointed them towards the Patch
after the game. It was very unexpected but left me with a warm
feeling inside as it brought home all the best things about the
wider rugby family. Or maybe that was down to the chicken wrap I
had for lunch.
