We are one of the most if not the most viable club in the prem,
we spend the wage cap, and sell out our games, and own our
ground, other clubs exist purely because someone props them up
and have no hope of ever being profitable, don't own their
grounds and have a low fan base.
With the current wage cap, newcastle are unlikely to be able
except for the 1 player outside the cap to recruit anyone we
can't, there are other teams more at risk of relegation than us,
several teams have lost players and not replaced them and spend
       under the cap.
Worcester over two legs would not beat any of the present teams,
and if you look at some of the rumours going around we may have
one or two of the welsh regions in the prem in a couple of
       years.
Yes we could do better with our resources, but i would rather be
us than some of the other clubs.

       £33.7 million
Fellow Londoners Harlequins also have a significant amount of
debt, with £33.7 million. Newcastle Falcons, who are typically
viewed as one of the smaller operations in the league, owe £32
million. Both the Tynesiders and Quins individual debut equates
to roughly 7 per cent of the league.

Yes we have debt, but we can be a profitable club, very few
other clubs have that, looking into the figures 50% of the clubs
are unviable unless supported as a hobby by their owners.
Covid hit everyone and has caused most of this debt, also our
debt compared to turnover is small, we own our ground, compare
       that with Sale.

We are in thrall to a Property developer sugar daddy. When the
time comes, we will be ground sharing with someone else.

Me too, and especially Salarycens (although every supporter I've
       met is charming)

Not sure either Duncan Saville or Charles Jillings could be
       described as a property developer.

If you are sitting on a prime piece of West London real estate I
reckon you could very quickly become a property developer,
       should you so desire.
We nearly lost them as a result of Bloodgate when Jillings
       resigned.

Jillings resigned as Chairman because it happened on his watch.
I don’t remember any suggestion either at the time or afterwards
that either of them seriously considered selling their ownership
stakes. (Amongst other things, selling a club with that level of
debt usually means selling the shares for a nominal sum in
return for the new owner taking on the debt).
And sitting on a piece of prime land without developing it for
25+ years is a pretty dumb strategy for a property developer.

But have you met all 4 of them?
