We are really light on Loosehead, aren't we? Baxter is
excellent, but he's going to be away often on international
duty, and Els is really not good enough. He's often beaten in
scrums.

Lawday is a very good player. IIRC he suffered an injury, but
prior to that was a regular starter. Given that we have
internationals, players get injured, and we need to rest/rotate
players, I think he'll get plenty of game time.

He's also an excellent all-rounder with probably the lowest
penalty count of our back row options. He's a huge asset,
really. Maybe doesn't have the top end performance potential of
Chis but his baseline is a lot higher.
