Bizarre thread. It seems to suggest that Borthwick has - or even
had - some kind of plan...

Baxter to full back, I heard. He has good hands 🤣
It's just nonsense. 5 or 6 back rows can be accommodated, the
rest will have to get their international kicks in Europe. No
reward for the likes of wEV or Kenners topping charts when they
have no International chances. That's why the Pollock situation
annoys me so much. Great he can chip and chase but if he's
missing tackles and not winning turnovers on a regular basis,
why does he deserve a shot? Still, we've had so many Next Great
Hopes hyped up by the media and former players and then fall
away. Shame really.

three one-third hookers - one could scrum, one could throw and
one was decent in the loose - we just needed to combine them
into one decent hooker [emoji3]

He'd be fine to play on the crash. He just needs to learn to
catch the ball in a white shirt.

Pollock is a generational talent.

General talent belongs in the same category as test match
animal, or "tell me you don't understand rugby without telling
me you don't understand rugby", or "I'm sure the coaches value
your opinion after all those international caps you've got".
Buzz phrases spouted by dreadful people

Who said 'general'?
Who even are you?

That's extremely harsh!
It's a handy shorthand for "this is a player who will be one of
the outstanding players of his generation" - like Itoje, Lawes,
Ford, Robinson, Wilko, etc. He is extraordinarily talented and
makes things happen in every game. Much like Marcus, funnily
enough.
Personally I think he's potentially a ticking time bomb and I'm
not convinced his attitude is quite all it's cracked up to be,
but he is a ridiculous player already.

You really don't have a clue how rugby teams get selected, do
you? International or club.

Pollock was notable for being in the top 5 for tries scored plus
topped the tackle and jackal stats in the champions cup. Where
do you get your info from BQ?
