Newcastle haven't really got a squad at the moment but if it was
last season's team I think Newcastle would be a fair bet.

Ford will absolutely be in the RWC 27 picture if he’s fit and on
form. The issue is that he’s now at an age where he’s spending
more time on the physio table, so it doesn’t make sense to play
him when Marcus and Fin are available. The same likely goes for
Farrell, especially now that England have three credible options
       at 12.
England have a depth at fly half that most countries would kill
for, which gives Borthwick the luxury of being able to develop
the younger ones while having the older ones in reserve. Even if
they still haven’t worked out how to use their best potential
       attacking threat.

Last seasons squad is leaving day by day, and we await the red
bull recruitment, so with present teams Ealing, if you look at
the Ealing PWR squad, they would recruit a decent squad for the
       prem.

And how many of their players would start for a premiership
       club?

On a more positive note, it was great to see Oscar get a cap.
He's still young and improving game by game. A well-earned call
up, and I hope in time he'll get many more.

So, a XV for the first AI. Utilising those who are with the
Lions and those who have performed well in the America's
15 - Furbank (assuming he's back from injury else Carpenter)
14 - Freeman (was quiet on Saturday but JGP kept going left, so
he didn't get that much ball)
13 - Northmore (will be Marchant by the 6 Nations but giving him
       settling in time)
12 - S Atkinson (not sure what the status of Lawerences' injury
       is)
11 - Muir (wanted Radwan but not sure his defence is quite there
       yet)
       10 - Marcus
9 - Mitchell (or as my daughter calls him, Rodney from
       Ratatouille)
8 - Earl (would prefer a proper out and out 8 but none of them
       are consistent enough)
7 - T Curry (was lucky to start the 1st test but my god, did he
prove it was the right choice)
6 - B Curry (form has been incredibly consistent)
       5 - Chessum
       4 - Itoje
       3 - Stuart
2 - George (still the best option)
1 - Genge (every fibre of my being is pushing Baxter but Genge
did show up in the first test, see how he get's on in the next
       two)

Lawrence is a 13, although possibly still an injured one for the
       AIs.

AIs probably a stretch too far for Lawrence after a long layoff.
Don't discount Slade being there though as he's a SB favorite.
Northmore is in the equation for sure but I'd like to see him
feature for us at 13 to really strengthen his case. At 28 if he
doesn't get a few more England starts now it will be hard to be
in the equation come RWC so fingers crossed.
I also don't think Marcus is nailed on at 10, I think Ford or
Fin Smith will be more likely for a controlled game plan SB will
favour to start, certainly against the likes of Australia etc

       Few (Sharky-specced) points:
You've got Ben and Tom the wrong way round. When they play
       together, Tom generally plays 6.
What did Muir do that Roebuck hasn't?
Not sure what Marcus has done this Summer to put him above both
       Fin and Ford
       Rodney was in Flushed Away
