Best if you have friends or relatives in the country, am lucky
to have been able to watch the Lions in all three countries that
way, the packages are a rip off, but they have sold out for this
tour, if you want one that covers all the games they started at
£23495 per person.
Lions tours really are a finely tuned money making exercise, but
they are a great experience and the social aspect is amazing,
and speaking to fans from the other home nations is different on
a Lions tour than after 6 nations matches.
They all envy the English club system and lament the regional
system’s, but the big moan was how much it cost them to buy the
packages, and the mark up applied to everything, and the cynical
marketing of everything.
Even so would still like to buy a full sized BIL replica if they
sold one, not for me of course.

£23495!!! That is eye watering. Presuming that was flights,
accommodation, scran, tickets and transfers?

That includes everything, the cheapest for the 3 tests and 6
games was according to our friends who were looking was just
under £17000 each, but left some things to pay for.
The mark ups are exorbitant, looked at the material they had
been sent and this was way back, and there were four levels
bronze silver gold platinum and the lower stuff was already sold
out, so if you wanted all the matches it was platinum or
nothing.
They are already marketing the 2029 NZ tour, apparently.

Is Keenan match fit? Not a good first half. And Curry lucky
not to get a yellow. Otherwise you’d hope they will tire and
the pressure will make this a comfortable win. Lions pack is
way stronger.

I thought Keenan looked fine. Curry's had a good game, as have
most. There have been enough errors to be a bit irksome but in
the context of what's gone on in the other games the Lions are
looking in a good place.

Keenan is just not playing well same with Lowe, Lynagh is not
test quality, the Curry penalty was just a penalty the
Australians were running ilegal escort lines on the kick anyway.

Berne has made his point about selection too. Great first 40.

Not quite sure how Earl was "using both arms in the tackle"!

If the Aussies had started with this 9 & 10, we’d have had some
trouble

Could have gone either way but he definitely had both arms
coming out.
