New season start weekend

I know it hasn't been announced and the fixtures are yet to be
pu listed but what Dow sthebtains trust think will be the first
weekend. I assume, if we have Benetton on Saturday 6th then it
probably won't be the 13th and am assuming 20th.
What do you reckon?

Weekend of 25th - 28th September, according to the Tigers' board
but I've no idea where they got it from. And no fixtures on the
Saturday because of the women's RWC final.

Yep, this is why and where they wanted to try the Thursday night
fixtures so that they can still fit all the games in across the
weekend with the exception of Saturday. Not sure which club is
trialling it but knowing our luck.....

Shoorly if you get stuck with shockingly bad ko times that deffo
affect your attendance and therefore ground revenue you should
receive a chunk more money from the tv deal?

The Daily Mail reported that the opening game will be on a
Thursday night.
"The competition kicks off in the final weekend of September and
the traditional Saturday slot has been moved to ensure there are
no clashes with the women's Rugby World Cup final"
The final is on the 27th Sept.
So - I would expect the first game to be on the 25th September.
