From what I can recall, Ibitoye’s attitude in his last couple of
years with Quins was awful. He was let go and ended up at one
point playing semi-pro in Israel. Fair play to Lam for picking
him up and turning him around.
Meanwhile, Mr Pearce just about reaches the right decision.
“He’s nudged very slightly” - it’s a straight arm shove on the
back of his shoulder!

I'm sure you're right. The club will have a wage structure, and
if they gave Jibulu X amount then every other promising
youngster would want the same. Word soon gets around.
But I wonder if we're paying Turner more than Jibulu wanted?
I assume it's not a falling out with the coaches, otherwise he
wouldn't be playing.

One thing I will say is that the three year plan to sort out our
defence at the expense of attack is paying off.

Agree. An electric runner and whilst his fundamentals have
improved, they're still not up to scratch. I'd say Radwan would
be closer to an England cap than Ibitoye if Borthers wants that
type of x-factor running threat.

So… knock on advantage in the tackle, a couple of phases later
Pearce calls “advantage now” (which would normally mean a
penalty advantage), Bristol get a turnover a few phases further
on and where has the advantage gone?

I agree definitely a revision, at the time definitely wasn't
that fussed and has been a great return since having to head to
Israel to play competitively.
But if we had been more attack focused head coach at that time
would we have let him go?
