I was up at Welford road recently for the Tigers game, and it's
a decent day out ('proper' club/stadium).
If Browny is named in the 23, would anyone consider going up
(quarters on display) to be part of his send off?

That's a possibility.
I was in Leicester last weekend. Plenty of decent pubs etc.

Tigers are virtually certain to have a home semifinal so there's
a chance to wear your MB15 pyjamas without missing a Quins game.

Great player for us, and for Tigers. If there's any positive
about his Quins departure, it's the opportunity given to, and
taken by, Tyrone.
