I'm pleased to see TNT retain the contract, partly because their
coverage is generally good but also because I find the Prem
Sports app absolutely woeful.
I like to catch up with games after they've been played so I can
skip through all the injury breaks/scrum resets/HT adverts etc
but the Prem Sports app jumps forward two or three minutes at a
time, which obvs means you miss a lot.
The app frequently plays up and will continue playing the audio
from the game I was watching after I've gone back to the menu
and then even when I've turned the TV off(!). I have to unplug
the damn thing to get it to stop.
It's also annoying that the app only allows you to be logged in
on one device at any time, even if you are not using it
somewhere else, so you have to log in every time you want to
switch.
Apart from that, it's great.
