Bristol are the most likely pick I think, as we've never
actually played them at Big Game. Plus, they have a women's side
(unlike Bath) so they can still do it as a double header of
men's & women's games of the same opponents.

think if the club want to maximize the chance of getting a
higher attendance, the away team ideally need to be as local as
possible. Sarries would be the obvious choice, but its not a
great selection as our home advantage at the stoop is worth more
than say if we played Saints again

From a piece on bbc before last year's game -- break even is one
thing...but it's now massive chunk of turnover.
"It is critical for us as a business," Dalrymple said.
"This year's will be the highest-grossing Big Game the club has
ever had. The turnover represents probably 8-10% of the club's
turnover [approximately £27m annually in the past two years of
full accounts]."
As profits have risen, so have prices, and Big Game's break-even
point has dropped.
The cheapest tickets, pitched at £10 for Big Game 1, are now £36
for adults.
Once 40,000 have been sold, the fixture is more profitable than
had it been played at the Stoop.

Nah, it's still Danny Wilson's fault. Too focussed on defence
and not the National Rail timetable. Get rid of him NOW!!!!
😁
