That is truly bizarre. The username would indeed suggest it's
DOK (but I'd be massively surprised given the drive to move away
from SN), somebody else using admin logins (again surprising as
I thought only DOK had that username) or SN themselves.
If it is SN, you'd think they could create a banner that is the
correct size/resolution for their own site.
Whoever it is has chose to resurrect the board with a story that
was far more relevant a month ago. And seems to be almost a cut
and paste of something I've read elsewhere (BBC?, PunditArena?)
