Maybe if we're chasing a winning score, when the clock's in the
red, Jibs will boot the ball to Sale and then pretend to punch
the ground really hard when he "realises" they've kicked it out
to end the game.

I’m not an avid follower of social media but I don’t think
Herbst has signed for Sale and then made a point of saying how
great he has always thought Sale are and that he always wanted
to play for Sale. In fact I’m pretty sure Herbst was very
gracious and thankful to his current employer.

Hopefully our U18 hooker (and loosehead) Jerold Gorleku isn't
just biding his time until he can sign for Coventry because he
always wanted to play for them. He's in a similar mould to Jibs
- a low-slung powerful carrier, high work rate and energy, and a
decent thrower.

Should be a good crowd. Doesn't look like many tickets left and,
after a late change of plan, ours resold in just over half an
hour this morning.

A must win game to keep our season alive. Sale have looked sharp
post 6N and made a decent fist of it away at Toulouse. We're
going need to a strong performance to put them away.
They've a big, powerful pack out. Need to muscle up and the
breakdown feels critical. If we don't/can't slow their ball down
it'll be a long day.
