You need someone who actually wants to play an attacking game.
Gustard then Wilson pay lip service but ultimately want to be
       conservative

Let Danny, minty and robbo do it. And Mike.
       Ugo can design the kit.

In 2022, Glasgow lost by 62 points to Leinster in Dublin
(76-14). Two days later, Danny Wilson was sacked. One year
later, Glasgow reached the final of the Challenge Cup, and
another year later won the URC.
Another year on, and now Glasgow get the dubious privilege of
going to Dublin... no-one expects us to win, but, famous last
words, I'd be amazed if we didn't put up more of a fight.
He's undoubtedly a good guy, and a decent coach, but he's no
       head coach.

Certainly the sort of defeat that brings things into sharp
focus, and that Glasgow result is rather apt.
This pounding coming so soon after a heavy loss the Bath the
moment we got into the top 4 and he has to be a dead man walking
unless he miracles a prem final.

Who do you replace him with?
Millard off and if rumours right maybe taking Nev with him
       Bomb maybe off to Wales
       Do we want Lancaster?

If he was available, I’d take Lee Blackett as head coach. He had
Wasps playing some lovely rugby and I would surely prefer to be
top man rather than playing second fiddle at Bath?

I think a more apt question is whether anyone good would want
the top job at Quins. Is a long time since a genuinely top DoR
came in - and there must be a reason why.

According to RR we don’t all based on his job before full time
       coaching, odd rationale!
I’d take him as DOR and I like the thought of Minty looking at
what he’s doing with Chinnor and really limited resources.
I do fear who will replace Millard and the day to day coaches do
       need a shake up.

The last two weeks have shown our current level.
Wilson deserves his share of the blame however, we've also seen
a managed decline in squad quality over the last 24 months or
       so.
The positive is that things can turn around very quickly, if
Laurie gets the big calls right this summer.
A DOR and coaching team who are committed to attacking rugby is
a must. He also needs to be utterly ruthless in overhauling the
       squad.
The current squad blend of youth and experience isn't working.
The youngsters have done well on the whole, but our experience
has resembled Dad's army at times. Just too slow around the
       park.
We need an emphasis on quality over quality for the next
recruitment cycle - if we get five our six out of the door and
two or three players in who are in/approaching their peak years,
       that'll make a massive difference.

The policy of bringing through the academy over big name
signings is a great ethos - however days like yesterday bring
home that this takes time which means we have to suffer these
rare results - thank goodness we don't have to play teams of
       Leinster quality often 🤔
