I actually watched their match in Durban (7-10). It was a
seriously underpowered B squad vs a full (?) Sharks team with 9
starting Springboks (mainly in the pack) so not many learnings
for Croke Park. A few serious players like MOTM Deegan (8 or 6),
Healy, the O'Briens (15 and 14), Frawley and Ross Byrne will
hope to be in the 23. Frawley's confidence looked shot so Byrne
likely to be on the bench.
Anyway, the main message seems to be that Nienaber has got that
club defending like fury - arguably at the expense of attacking
       zip.

       Dan Sheehan:
"I’ve actually been enjoying the prep this week because they’re
quite an enjoyable team to watch. Really nice attacking shape,
score some really nice tries, good starter plays."
“My mindset this week is the squad that has played this season.
They have some key players. Marcus Smith, [Alex] Dombrandt,
[Chandler] Cunningham-South. These are big players for them.
That’s all I’ve looked into, to be honest. Which I think is the
       way it should be.”
I imagine they actually look into everybody.

I dunno, I think some sides (and especially the forwards) care
more about what they're trying to achieve rather than what the
opposition's individuals might do. There are usually a couple of
players you might need to be aware of, but otherwise it's
probably a bit of a waste compared to looking at team structures
       and patterns of play.

Alex Dombrandt returns to captain Harlequins ahead of their
Investec Champions Cup Round of 16 tie against Leinster at Croke
       Park (Saturday 05 April, 15:00)
Head Coach Danny Wilson has made six changes for the trip to the
Emerald Isle as Harlequins and Leinster face each other in
competitive fixture for the first time in over a decade.
In the backs, Leigh Halfpenny comes into the starting XV in
place of Rodrigo Isgro who misses out after sustaining a
concussion in last week’s Gallagher Premiership outing.
Halfpenny’s inclusion sees Tyrone Green shift to the wing for
       Saturday’s contest.
A second change in the backline sees Ben Waghorn return to the
midfield to partner Oscar Beard as Luke Northmore retains his
place in the wider matchday squad as an impact player.
In the forwards, Harlequins are boosted by the return of skipper
Alex Dombrandt to the base of the scrum, alongside Will Evans
       who starts at openside flanker.
Meanwhile, Chandler Cunningham-South shifts into the second row
to partner Joe Launchbury in the Irish capital. Irne Herbst is
named as an impact players and Stephan Lewies misses out with an
       Achilles issue.
