Back rows look pretty equally good and we have probably got the
edge behind the scrum, but i fear that the gap in quality in the
front 5 is going to make this a long afternoon.
Launchbury makes the team sound good on paper but less so on the
actual pitch, and the front row is just a general mess. Doesn't
help that we are missing our two international quality players
of course, but we really need to find some better options for
       next season.

Is anyone able to explain why our England boys are on mandatory
rest, but the sarries ones aren't?

They have to have a rest week within a 3 game period if they've
played in the internationals. We've elected our lot to have this
one off, Sarries haven't mostly, bar Earl. I think there is also
a qualifier for minutes played, but that would be why Beard is
with us, as he hasn't featured

Looking forward to seeing Beard and Waghorn as a pairing. If it
works well, it could be a banker for years to come.

Really don’t understand resting our England lot for this.
We will get taken apart away at Bath, need to win Sale at home -
and haven’t a hope of winning Leinster away.
Surely you rest them for the Bath game?
Bath are so far ahead of us in the table it makes little
difference - but a chance of points against Sarries keeps us in
       the hunt.
       Very odd.

Or we could rest them for all three games, along with our other
first choices selectively. I doubt that's the plan, though.

We throw this match every year
That's fine if you win enough other games, but we don't.
The club is all other survival as a business and who cares where
       they finish in the league

The good news is that no matter how bad it is tomorrow, it will
be really hard to out-awful Saints tonight.

Exactly my thinking. We typically do well in showpiece type
games. We should be embracing it, but instead we’re copping out.

Don’t tempt fate- we’re Quins, remember!
