I think the neutrals probability would see it as us not playing
in the spirit of the competition, but if our first teamers can’t
influence trying to get a win over our rivals 2nds it dosent
speak much for what’s going on. The Facebook group seems to have
some good convos going on, and all seem to concur Wilson at the
       very least to go

but is a very decent player who I would rate more highly than a
few of our current options. Not sure how much these are down to
       Wilson though …

Isgro has been quality. The club did well to tie him down to a
longer contract when they did. But otherwise our dealings over
the last 12 to 18 months really haven't worked out. Titi, Lewis
       and Launchbury in particular.
Given how stacked we are in the backrow already I assume Petti
has been bought in to play lock. He and Treadwell could be a
       decent combination next season.

I think Wilson will go end of season -something doesn't seem
right with Quins just now -young prospects leaving so maybe the
camp is not a particularly positive place just now -so the Head
Coach needs to take some responsibility and time for a
       reset.....

Gloucester are showing signs of improvement. Tigers and Sale are
about par being “there or there abouts”. Saints probably will be
disappointed with this season following last, but have some good
solid foundations and I think Vesty will be the right man.
Exeter and us are the biggest drops in ability to compete (sadly
       Falcons no change).

I think we're talking squads rather than league position here,
       no?
Bristol 3 years ago had a way more impressive squad than now,
       that's for sure.

I’d agree on all three. However, I think Lamositele is the only
one signed by Wilson. Could be wrong on that though?

I’ve been underwhelmed by Wilson and it seems whatever he’s
bought has led to a wider underperformance of the other coaches
       - perhaps Gilmore apart but his impact seems to be at the
expense of our attack. So who do we think needs to come in to
get this lot firing? I’m struggling to answer that as I can’t
think of a top coach that would want the gig and not sure
another up and comer is a good idea…

I can think of one.... Joe Gray. He has got London Scottish on
an upward path this season (& they are playing some very good
Rugby). Whilst Bomb is away with Wales, he is currently looking
after the Quins forwards as temporary coach.

Gatland at Quins, would it work? I think he could be a good
       punt.

That's 2 season ticket's they'll be getting back from me if they
do. A nepotist who destroyed the Lions ethos and believes in his
       own press.
All said knowing you were japing, MQ, but never pass up an
       opportunity to slate Gatland

Yeah TBF he would never come here. I just wonder who actually is
a realistic prospect to hopefully replace Wilson at the end of
the season. I personally am against promote from within, never
worked with Kingston, plus I am all for new ideas from someone
       outside of the set up.
I'd stay clear of the likes of Rowntree, but who is there left?
