Enjoyed that. Two young teams playing some decent stuff in
rubbish weather. Hopefully Hyde not badly injured. Good to see
Isgro back out there and chucking himself about and that lad
Schmid looks very tidy.

In a way.i.agree with you Si .However it's an evening to.see how
the Academy and student players do. For me.it was a match at the
Stoop against reasonably close opposition for our younger
players and a Friday for a great sausage and mash, though not at
the Stoop, and a few drinks.
Bottom line the Quins lads came good. Their game management and
defence in the last 15 was impressive.

That was an entertaining game played in terrible conditions.
Quins defence pretty much won the game. They scored 2 tries when
we were down to 14 during the first few minutes. After that, we
were pretty good.
I little boring, but still good.

Rarely seen the Stoop that empty, even for pre season. Reckon
there were max 5k people in. Certainly fewer than for the
women’s game v Bristol the week before.

Poor turn out but it was horrible weather and it was streamed
live. It was a much better game than I thought it was going to
be considering how wet it was. An impressive performance by the
youngsters, much better than the one against Scottish. Good
comeback to win 21-19 and hold on to the lead to the end.
