I agree with this.
Although many on here think that we shouldn't choose a player
once that they have signalled their intention to leave, in
reality, these players are professionals and are expected to
perform if chosen.
Not choosing a player out of spite is pointless.
Therefore, I would conclude that in training, he is not offering
as much as our other options.

I for one wish Jibs all the best. Played some cracking games
with us, got injured, and then for whatever reason got a job
elsewhere. If he stays fit I see him currently as one of the
very best England has to offer, hope he does well, and remembers
to mention Quins when he gets his England caps 😜

He's going to Sale, not Tel Aviv.
