U18s league

We finished 5th, after 5 wins and 1 loss.
I can't find the format anywhere. Does anyone know if it was a
bizarre format or just very competitive?

You can watch the match on premiershiprugby.com. Very
entertaining, high-velocity stuff. Quins DNA is alive and well
at that level too: creaking scrum but lethal backs (with a
particular shout out to the back 3). The Quins no. 8 looked good
too.

U18s league is a conference system.
Northern conference, with Northampton, Leicester, Yorkshire,
Sale, Newcastle (+ invitational for finals day)
Southern conference, with Bath, Saracens, Harlequins,
Gloucester, Bristol, Exeter
So finals day sees North 1 against South 1 for the title, North
2 again South 2 for "3rd place" etc.
Bath Sarries and Quins all won 4, lost 1 in the group stages.
Quins 3rd with a missed BP, Bath ahead of Sarries on points
difference.
Quins came 5th in the same way that England came 3rd in RWC23 -
by winning the 5th place play-off.
